Fall is here…. Well kind of, if you live in Arizona fall constitutes as wearing scarves with tank tops for decoration rather than function, sipping pumpkin spiced lattes ( iced ) and pretending the air was crisp and cold. Never the less we can appreciate the sweater weather and leaves falling from afar and all that regions with true fall weather get to enjoy!   Liz and I both had spring weddings to we jumped at the opportunity to collaborate on a Boho wedding styled shoot with warm fall hues. Coordinator Michelle was inspired by Australian Wedding blogs and chose a color pallet of wine, forest green, creams, and gold to set the tone for this bohemian dream wedding. Set in the Secret Garden at ASU surrounded by one of the oldest buildings on campus the whimsy of the trees complimented the bold structures of this historic building that wraps around on all four sides leaving a grassy wonderland in a desert-filled state . Wood details mixed with ornate gold décor accompanied lace accents and delicate paper goods. Below are some of our hand crafted goodies that helped to add a personal touch to the sweetheart and dessert tables. Bridegroom Intricate cut napkin rings doubling as place cards with gold calligraphy is a Shiki fave! We are big believers in making your wedding as personal as possible and these sweet place cards are just the detail to accomplish that and round out your table scape.  napkinrings Triangle bunting framed the sweetheart table making for a whimsical backdrop with the perfect pop of color. Hand painted Mr & Mrs wood signs were draped on the trees next to the lacy sweetheart table covered with the most stunning floral arrangement by Golden Gate Flowers accompanied by vintage arm chairs. bunting  One of my favorite aspects of this reception was the sweets table. Bear and Honey provided the most delectable naked rustic cake { Yes I got to try some, don’t have to ask me twice } and darling hand painted cookies. We created custom signs reading “Love is Sweet” and ” Sweet Treats” with glittered paper for added fun and clusters of paper eucalyptus leaves for dimension. The signs were held up by oversized wooden spools. Floral porcelain cake stands, plates, and tea cups added a feminine frill and the potted succulent was the “icing on the cake.”  sweets For full details on this shoot visit photographer April Maura’s blog  Vendors:  Venue: ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY SECRET GARDEN WEDDING VENUE Florist: GARDEN GATE FLOWERS Jamberry Nails & Creator of the Inspiration: MICHELLE LINDSEY Watercolor Workshop Artist: PINK PUDDLE STUDIO Wedding Dress: SUZANNES BRIDAL BOUTIQUE (Gown Designer: MAGGIE SOTTERO) Wedding Planner: MICHELLE LINDSEY Paper Goods Decorations: SHIKI Stylist Assistant: Abbi Miles Furniture rentals: VINTAGE CHIC RENTALS Photographer: APRIL MAURA PHOTOGRAPHY Cake and Cookies: BEAR AND THE HONEY Videographer: SK WEDDINGS VIDEOGRAPHY Beverage Vendor: TEASPRESSA Drone Videographer: GREEN CHA STUDIOS & AZ DRONE RENTAL China & Linen: TEA CROCKERY Bridesmaid dresses: URBAN OUTFITTERS, FREE PEOPLE, NORDSTROM, H&M Hair Stylist: HARLEY ANN CHAPMAN, HABIT SALON Makeup Artists: Shelby Honea, ALYSSA MAY WILSON, MARICELLA Models: Katie Smith (Bride), Daniel Alexander (groom)| (Bridesmaids) Tatiana Zivkovic, Emily Carney, Danielle Shelton, Koryna Gonzalez, Kat Wasserman
